Kerianne Cussio, MEdBefore founding Cussio Consulting, Kerianne worked as an Advance Placement Social Studies teacher in both California and Colorado. Throughout her teaching career she helped her students through the lengthy, and often complicated, college application process. After leaving teaching to start her own family, she found many of her previous students and clients' families continue to reach out to her for help with college applications. Thus, Cussio Consulting was started. Kerianne found her true passion lay outside the classroom and within the living rooms of the families she helps navigate the college application process.
Kerianne graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in US History from UC Berkeley (2008) and went on to earn her Master in Education from the University of Southern California (2013). She also held a teaching credential in California and Colorado, with an Advance Placement certification before retiring from teaching. Currently, Kerianne is completing a graduate certification course in College Admission Counseling from UC Berkeley.
